PAYMENT: An invoice is provided to you at the end of your appointment. You can pay via online banking. Please ensure payment is received by Kōtare Wellness Ltd within 48 hours of your completed appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made within 72 hours of an appointment may incur a $20.00 cancellation fee to cover admin costs.
DO YOU HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE? Some insurance policies reimburse for NZ Registered Dietitian appointments depending on your plan - check with your insurer to see if you are eligible. You will need to pay for the consultation yourself, get a receipt then claim back part or all of cost depending on your policy.

- 1 x 60 minute initial assessment consultation
- Goal setting based on your individual health and nutrition needs
- An individualized action plan
- Communication with your primary healthcare provider (as needed).
